Stevens Management Services Inc., located in Willoughby, Ohio has been managing properties since 1981. The firm was originally created to manage properties developed by Snavely Construction, Inc., its affiliates and principals. Properties under our care include condominium associations and commercial properties.
Due to the level of owner interest in all of the properties we manage, we strongly emphasize the preventive maintenance and cleanliness of all facilities for which we are responsible.
