Legends of Aberdeen Budget
The Association's maintenance fees are established by the Board of Directors each year. The Board evaluates the condition of the property and determines services needed to maintain or enhance its appearance and values. Contracts are reviewed and bid as needed. The maintenance fee is the sum of the cost of all services, the Master Association fee, and the reserve required for future repairs, divided by the number of units in the association.
